Artfactories’ event from 11 to 13 May 2004 in Dakar (Senegal)
Seminar for emerging autonomous creative spaces on the African continent ( North Africa , sub-Saharan Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa)
During these three days, project bearers coming from Senegal, Cameroun, Kenya, South Africa, Congo-Brazzaville, Angola, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, France, Latvia... will meet each other at Kà«r Thiossane in order to get to know each other, exchange experiences and know-how, think about cooperative strategies and set up a possible collective dynamic on the African territory.
Following these working groups, on the Thursday 13 May at 3.00 PM, Kà«r Thiossane will open wide its doors to a public meeting that will also gather several representatives of cultural public institutions in Senegal.
