CALL FOR APPLICATIONS / REMIX : 2ND YOUTH MUSIC PLATFORM
25TH OF SEPTEMBER -1ST OF OCTOBER 2005/ EGYPT
Culture Resource (Al Mawred Al Thaqafy) and Al Urmawi Center for Mashreq Music will organize the 2nd Youth Music Platform (Remix) during the period of 25th September to 1st October 2005. It is a creative meeting among 20 - 25 young musicians from across the Arab region and who have different musical backgrounds. Al Urmawi Center for Mashreq Music will be responsible for the artistic management of the platform.
Young Women Musicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications by individual players or singers, duets and trios will be considered. Travel and accommodation expenses of accepted applicants will be fully covered.
The deadline for applications for participation in the platform is on the 25th of August 2005.
