Description

This federation was created in March, 2001 to face up to a blatant shortage of “independent cultural structures†for the different artistic activities in the region. Through its diversity of groups (music, plastic arts, video, dance, emerging arts, cartoon, multimedia, etc.), the federation represents a will to create synergy between the different artistic circles in the Clermont Ferrand region. The artistic alignment of the project is provide their region with the development of experimental and multidisciplinary arts whose post-production is poorly known.
