THE CIRCULATION OF STREET ARTS AND CIRCUS ARTWORKS IN EUROPE - FEBRUARY 2012
This publication is a follow-up of the previous study conducted in 2006 on the circulation of circus and street artworks in Europe. It aims to work out the impacts of the global economic crisis on mobility in the sector.
Following on from the previous study published by Circostrada in 2008 which took a statistical measure of the health of 66 circus and street arts companies (annual income, number of employees, level of subsidy, etc.), this new one collects the same quantitative data from 45 of the same companies to see how their situations have changed in four years (between 2006 and 2010) in light of the global economic crisis.
