Organised by the Arts Printing House Vilnius in collaboration with the New Theatre Institute of Latvia and Theorem

This gathering will combine the follow-up of the seminar "Managing Performing Arts Across Europe - step I Riga" (conclusion of the training programme, experience of the placements, construction of an informal network) and a debate and reflection on the theme of the creation of independent structure with a particular focus on "The Conversion of Former Industrial Buildings into Performing Arts Premises", which the Arts printing House wanted to organised.
