Bloom was created with the intent to present and promote cultural productions in a peripheral area and to make possible the creation of working places in this activity.
Former use : leisure time building of inhabitants of Mezzago (with cinema, dancing, pizzeria, bar, bocciaplayground)
Construction : collective selfcontruction (1948)
