Description
Vis-a-Vis art lab is an independent and non-profit contemporary art organization founded
in August 2004 in Xiamen / South of China by Chinese artist Zhu Lu Ming to exchange and
cooperate between different cultures and within the various contemporary arts disciplines.
Vis-a-Vis art lab is a meeting place of people and ideas, and open to research in the fields
of contemporary arts and cultures. Our program include workshops, lectures, meetings,
exhibitions, performances, public events and residencies,etc.
Vis-a-Vis art lab aims to be a platform for people from different cultures to exchange and
cooperate within the contemporary cultural scene in cross border activities and in dialogue
with various fields.

Financial support
Not any support at the moment. Everything is through the personal saving and the loan. Artists come for the residence give a small fee to keep the programme running.
