Requirements: two-page preliminary request (relevance to a Foundation focus area and possible sources of finance including self-finance and innovative elements, as well as long-term funding prospects).
Decision being given within four weeks as to whether the
project is feasible and a corresponding application can
be submitted.
The Foundation supports projects of limited duration
only.
