Description

Established by Pro Rodopi Foundation in the village of Bostina, Central Rhodopes mountain in South Bulgaria as the first independent performing arts residencies centre in Bulgaria. The Centre hosts and produces professional theatre and dance productions of international and national scale.

Infrastructures / Facilities

At the moment Pro Rodopi Art Centre can host and produce one perfoming arts project per year, including production period and international touring.

When the reconstruction of the building is ready (architectural plans on www.prac.biz), the Centre will enlarge its activities,a and will be able to offer both short and long term residencies for performing artists, and videoartists, and can host different workshops, courses, showcases, meetings etc.

Pro Rodopi Art Centre is supported so far project by project.
There is no structural subsiby from state or municipality.
