PROCESS – IDENTITY
- Statement of the current project Our goal is promoting emergent artist. Our program include different media (website, publication, blog, press), residency (AIR) and curatorial projects.
- Genesis - History - Identity The project was initiated originally to combine an involvement with contemporary art and a strong interest in the Japanese culture. As one of the main issues in contemporary art is actually to understand the interrelation between the cultural framework and the artistic production, we aim at making possible a cultural interchange in the artistic process.
We want to focus on the link between the artistic concepts and the context of their emergence: our purpose is to traduce this reflexion in the creation process, by involving japanese and occidental artists in a very exciting exchange.
We want to encourage creation in visual arts, video, performance... Here are our focuses. - work - artistic , cultural and social practices - Disciplines video art

SPACE'S AMENAGEMENT & ORGANISATION
- Spatial current organisation The flat
It's a 100 m2 loft on the ground floor, located in the very central and lively neighbourhood of Poble Sec in Barcelona, just between the old city and the Montjuic Mountain. The flat is a 5 minuts walk from metro lines 2 and 3 as well as from many buses lines and 15 minuts walk from the Rambla and the sea. There are 2 parts divided by a little courtyard garden: 1/ owner's room, entrance, bathroom and workshop 2/ major living room, kitchen and little room (closed alcove)
Accomodation
The idea is to allow the artist to share a community experience. We provide a large and lightfull 25 meters space for work as well as a very quiet 9m2 room built as a closed alcove in the major room of the flat:
